Oops!!

So I may have forgotten about this place for a while. Sorry!

Anyway, I'm seeing The Used live with a friend on April 25th! Promises to be a lot of fun, and I'm very excited about it. The Used have been a love of mine for about a year and a half now, I idolise them.

As embarrassing as it is to write, on the 20th of March I went to see David Essex's "All The Fun Of The Fair"; which was surprisingly good. I mean, I'm certainly no David Essex fan. His music is dull and mediocre.

However, the play was brilliant.

It was set in a travelling fairground, and documented the lives of the workers and the troubles they face. It was actually quite tear jerking. Kudos to you, David. It reignited my old passion for acting and theatre. If it comes to a city or town near you, I highly recommend it. Not only is it extremely well choreographed, but the actors are incredible singers. All in all a good night.

I'm taking a trip down to London in June, as a little break from the horror of exams (and because it's my birthday June 4th). I can't wait. I'm going to hit up Camden market (which is brilliant) and see if I can watch some gigs of unsigned bands, seeing as Camden is pretty much the heart of alternative music in London. Also, I'm very much looking forward to visiting Art galleries, the Tate Modern in particular. Noel Fielding's little exhibition in the Maison Bertaux is something I REALLY want to see, though i'm not sure if it's been taken down yet or not.

So yep. Busy year!
